Proper ergonomics play an important role in preventing musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and promoting long-term employee health and safety. By recognizing ergonomic hazards and applying safe work practices, employees can reduce strain on their muscles, joints, and connective tissues while improving comfort and productivity.
This training provides an introduction to workplace ergonomics, common risk factors, and strategies that help prevent injuries caused by repetitive motions, awkward postures, excessive force, and prolonged physical stress.

IMPORTANT: Participants have 14 days from the date of enrollment to complete this training. Failure to complete the course within the required time frame may require the training to be restarted.
